No More Excuses…
[Bulking Day 1]
Today I’ve started my Bulking…. the above is a calorie counter….
My daily goal is 2520g calories, 347g carbs, 84g fat, and 95g protein
By reaching these daily goals I can gain 5lbs by March 28.
I met my goal today for protein, but I still need to work on my carbs fats and calories… I realized that I must eat my food over the course of the day instead of 3 big meals to reach my goals. As for working out I am doing at home for now and am getting my membership to the gym soon.
I will succeed. This is what I want and I will have the will power to go through with it.
